Kristy went to band camp and on Wed. of that week was driving in Russelville, AR. She approached an intersection where a catering truck was parked in front of the stop sign. She didn't see the sign and as such didn't stop at the intersection. She was hit in the right side by a white van causing a GREAT deal of damage to this car. We got the car fixed. While this was going on she had two more accidents in her mother's car and soon as she got this car back she had another accident with it. I asked her what's the problem and she said "having a run of bad luck I guess."
Kristy let her boyfriend drive it and he made a corner too fast hit a curb and ripped the left front wheel out from under the car. The air bags deployed and broke the windshield. When I asked what happened he said the breaks were not working right, "they made a noise."
The car is totaled. She got a new car out of the deal. It's not near the car this one was, but she's happy again. That car was totaled by hail damage and she got a nearly new Durango. A guy ran a stoplight and she hit him in the side costing right at $1,400 worth of damage to the Durango.
