We are selecting the sites at this time. You are welcome to go ahead and cast a vote and/or suggest a new computer game developer's web site that is not on our current list. I will add it to the list as soon as I get your message and check it out for myself.
Go to the following web sites and check out different pages of their web site, not just the front page. I can give you an example of what I am talking about if you go to the EA (gets my 10 vote) and then go to the Janes development web page. This is the best looking, most sophisticated web page that I have seen to date. The graphics on the left are functional, the switches work. The map buildings are also commands that you can click on and they work.
You may feel free to use either 640x480 or 800x600 screen settings to view these web sites, but please tell us what settings you use when you cast your vote. Tell us what settings you normally use when you browse the web. In my own opinion those web designers who design their webs to only look good at 800x600 are discriminating against the majority of the on line public who still use 640x480 screen settings. However that has no bearing on my own preferences in this contest right ? hehe.. NOT! Certainly web sites that offer an option are going to have the advantage and right now Lucas Arts is the only site that does offer that option.
Please note that your vote goes out to several selected members of the ISC team and cheating is not allowed. :-) What this means is that ISC is going to give a fair count because we double check each other.
